These terms set out the agreement between you and Orbrik for using the service. They explain how Orbrik is provided, what we each are responsible for, and the conditions that apply while you use it.

By creating an account or using Orbrik, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read and understood — not to be filed away.

Orbrik helps founders capture and organise the work of running one or more businesses. As long as you follow these terms, you may use the service for that purpose.

• Use Orbrik for your own businesses and the teams that run them.
• Keep to these terms and any guidelines we make available in the product.
• Respect the people, data and rules that apply to the work you capture.

You need an account to use Orbrik. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current, so we can reach you about your account and the service.

Orbrik is a shared service, and everyone relies on it working reliably. To keep it that way, there are a few things you agree not to do.

• Do not use Orbrik to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Do not misuse Orbrik to store or send content you have no right to handle.

Orbrik — including the software, design and brand — belongs to us. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it to you.

The work you capture in Orbrik remains yours. You grant us the permission we need to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you, and nothing more.

Some parts of Orbrik are offered as paid plans. Where a plan is paid, the price and billing details are shown to you before you subscribe, and your subscription continues under those terms until it is changed or ended.

If billing terms change, we will make the details clear before they apply to you.

We work to keep Orbrik available and reliable. Even so, no online service runs without interruption — there may be times when parts of Orbrik are unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

When we plan work that affects the service, we aim to give reasonable notice.

You can stop using Orbrik and close your account at any time. If you do, these terms stop applying to your continued use of the service.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where it is necessary to protect the service and the people who use it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will let you know.

Orbrik is built to help you run your work, and we put real care into it. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably be expected from using it.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms as Orbrik evolves or as requirements change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be made clear.

If you keep using Orbrik after an update takes effect, that use is covered by the updated terms.
